At The Tiny Play, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collectible treasures. While we carefully inspect every item before shipment, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. This policy outlines all the details you need for a smooth return or exchange process.
5-Day Return Window
You have 5 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
Return Conditions
For an item to be eligible for return:
✓ Must be unopened, unused and in original condition
✓ Must include all original packaging and tags
✓ Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all customers, we cannot accept returns of:
• Opened collectibles (action figures removed from packaging, etc.)
• Limited edition or special order items marked “Final Sale”
• Digital downloads or gift cards
• Any item not in its original condition
How Returns Work

Approval:Â We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions

Ship Back:Â Send to our returns center (you’re responsible for return shipping)

Inspection:Â We verify condition upon receipt (3-5 business days)

Refund:Â Processed within 10 business days after approval
Refund Details
• Refunds go to original payment method
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable
• Allow 5-10 business days for bank processing
Damaged/Defective Items
We’ll happily replace any damaged items or those with manufacturing defects. Contact us immediately at connect@thetinyplay.com with photos of the issue.
Special Notes for Collectors
• Original packaging is crucial – items lose value without it
• Consider insurance for high-value returns
• Keep all documentation until return is complete
